Estelane Stokes O'Donnell

On Tuesday, October 27th, 2026, Estelane Stokes O’Donnell died after a brief battle with lung cancer. She was surrounded by her loving community and family, son Richard Stokes O’Donnell and daughter, Sydnee JoHannah O’Donnell.

Estelane is preceded in death by her husband, Richard D. O’Donnell and parents, Joel Doy Stokes and Alma Genolyne Stokes.

Estelane was employed by the State of Florida Health Department, and worked for the Port St. Joe Junior/Senior High School as the nurse’s aid.

She is survived by her community in Port St. Joe, Fl and beyond through memories of service and kindness.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 6th, 2026 at the First United Methodist Church of Port St. Joe at 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time.
