Raymond Stephen Mudry

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Raymond Stephen Mudry, affectionately known as "Ralph," a devoted husband, proud father, cherished grandfather, loyal friend, and proud Army veteran.

Ray passed away after a courageous battle, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unwavering dedication to those around him. He was 62 years strong in marriage to his beloved wife, Peggy, who stood beside him through every chapter of life. Together, they built a life rooted in love, resilience, and deep family bonds.

A man of many titles, Ray was a hardworking provider in his younger years and somehow worked even harder in retirement—always lending a helping hand, telling a good story, or sharing a cold beer with those lucky enough to be in his circle. He deeply supported his family, friends, neighbors, and anyone who crossed his path with genuine warmth and generosity.

Ray leaves behind his loving wife, Peggy (Scott) ; his sons, Raymond (and wife Erica) and Richard, his daughter, Judy Crane (and husband John) and his brother Leonard (and wife Nancy), his sister in law Maryann Scott, and many nieces and nephews. He leaves behind two lifelong friends, Art and Joyce Delaney and family. He is also survived by his adored grandchildren: John Crane III (Jack), Erica Buchan (Sam), Kyle, Chloe, Carly, Wade, and two great grand daughters, Maggie and Miller Buchan.

He will be sorely missed but fondly remembered for the love he gave, the laughs he shared, and the strength he carried. As we say goodbye, we are grateful his suffering has come to an end, and we find peace in knowing he’s found rest.
