On Saturday, September 28th, 2024, Richard Dunham O’Donnell died after a brief illness. He was surrounded by his loving family, wife Estelane Stokes O’Donnell, son Richard Stokes O’Donnell, daughter Sydnee JoHannah O’Donnell.
Richard is preceded in death by his parents Richard W. and Gloria O’Donnell.
He is survived by, brother and sisters, Glynn S O’Donnell (Jim Loeb), Roderick K O’Donnell, Salli L. O’Donnell (Mike Malone), Bobbi L. O’Donnell (Kent Fischmann), nieces and nephews.
Richard was employed by the St Joe Paper Mill, retired from Gulf Power, and worked for the City of Port St. Joe, Florida.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 10th, 2024 at the First United Methodist Church of Port St. Joe at 4:00 P.M. Eastern Time.
