Robin "Kelley" Allen Shiver

Robin Kelley Allen Shiver, better known as “Kelley” age 63 of Sumatra, Florida passed away in Tallahassee on Monday, January 15, 2024. He was born in Apalachicola on November 8, 1960 and spent most of his life on the water doing what he loved which was fishing.

He was preceded in death by his parents Buddy and Alma Shiver; one sister, Becky and one grandson, Little Kelley.

Kelley is survived by the love of his life, Patsy Shiver; one son, Allen Shiver; one brother, Kelvin Shiver; one sister, Lita Wilson and six grand kids. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Eastern Time on Friday, January 19, 2024 at Eastpoint Cemetery with Pastor Scott Shiver officiating.

Arrangements are entrusted to the caring staff of Comforter Funeral Home in Port St. Joe, FL.
