Sandra Faye Averill

Sandra Faye Averill age 80 of Wewahitchka, Florida went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 19, 2024. She was born in Hosford, Florida on July 17, 1944 to the late Marlin F. Odom and Mary Love Sanders. Sandra spent most of her life in Chicopee, Massachusetts where she owned a security business and attended Bethany Assembly of God Church. She enjoyed being outside, gardening and shopping. She was also a very talented interior decorator.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Sandra is survived by one son, Jeffrey Averill; one brother, David F. Odom; nieces, Kaitlyn Odom and Tara Page; nephew, Justin Odom; great nephews, Phoenix Odom and Ben Odom and great nieces, Emma and Lily Page and Jenny and Hanna Odom.

Memorialization will be by cremation.

Arrangements are entrusted to the caring staff of Comforter Funeral Home in Port St. Joe, Florida.
